We consider what you want, and how much you want to spend when we price out your project. With our internal 3D design services provided, we make the dream really come to life for the first time before we begin building.

When you’re 100% happy with the look and design of your new cottage or home, we will provide a detailed construction price, tailoring the specifications so that everything is precisely as you want it. We will then guide you through the contractual procedures in a timely manner. Our team will be your personal liaison throughout the build.

We have a wealth of experience building & renovating in the RM of Park, meaning we can assist you in zoning permits and have an intricate knowledge of building homes and businesses in this unique area. With your design agreed upon, we take care of all the contract documents and commence the process by obtaining all the required permits from the RM of Park. This enables you to focus on your life and family and leave the paperwork to us.
